Proton Persona Facelift -Elegance (Update)

Since the sales did not unlock the door for me, i went to Shah Alam showroom with my family. Got 2 version there, M-Line with chiffon green and B-Line with Bronze Garnet colour. Not much different compere to the previous persona version. Only exterior and interior upgrade. The engine still powered by the familiar 1.6-litre Campro IAFM engine with 110 bhp at 6,500 rpm and 148 Nm of torque from 4000 rpm.

i have been informed by the sales person, this Persona Elegance comes with a new 32 bit ECU instead of 16 bit on previous version. Hm, of course 32 bit ECU has more capabilities compared to 16 bit. This info remind me to my Final Year Project..i`m using 8 bit converter ADC only.hehe....Generally, 32 bit ECU will capable of more inputs, meaning you can configure more parameters. The 1st 32 bit ECU was fit into Exora.

We are really enjoy on this visit because the test drive unit is available there. Before that, i enjoy snapping some photo..hehe..




















































see the door trim and panel, not much improvement there. But i`m impress at the new seat design. The black colour make the seat look sporty and fierce. Normally, designer will blend the black with red colour. But proton use black colour and white colour. Looks good..!






























From rear seat, some improvement at the backrest. Make the seat more ergonomic and offer better comfort.















Next.. boot.Same as previous version. Persona have very large space with 430 litters, the biggest boot compare to others proton model. But this time, it come with black tray; 2nd model fit with this tray after Saga BLM.















Not complete if we did not see the engine bay. As i said before, not much different on the engine. But, i`m surprise to see the radiator. Its come with 2 fan. Hm, better protecting from overheating..

















Erm...Complete one cycle. Time to test drive. hehe...1st, see the meter panel. Reinvented design blending with white LED colour. Nice..














The radio come with USB port. yummy...compare to previous version, the radio did not have USB port. But, i`m a bit regret because it did not fit with blue tooth device. why????

















During the test drive, i feel the soundproofing, sound system, air conditioner, suspension and handling are good. This car is the best choice for family. For me? i got no money laah...arghhhh...Dreams Come True??? ohhhhhh...God

Modenas GT 128 Sprocket Change - Odo Meter 15,863km

After about a year using stock sprocket, its the time to change the new set. Actually, i plan to change it once the Odo meter touch 10,000km. But, really hard to find the suitable sprocket kit because it come with 6 holes bolt, 420 series. Consider rare item at this moment.

After browse through internet, i found RK-M Takaso Chain , 420-40 sprocket kit special manufacture for GT 128.

The size is a bit smaller compare to stock. But i believed the this one is more suitable to me.hehe..

2nd..looks the rear tyre also need to do replacement. This is the 2nd time changing already. i maintain the DURO 80-90 since i satisfied with the performance.

Last but not least, seat leakage problem. i have prolong this problem to SC. Unfortunately, the best solution provided was only change to the new one. But, after sometime it leak again. huh...The warranty only covered until 12,000km. So, its the time to me to use my own solution to solve the leak problem.

















Easy and cheep. just make plastic cover from inside. i don't understand why SC didn't do this for me. After removed the cover, i`m surprise because gallon of water stuck there!!

The process done within 2 hours. All running with super smooth. i do not feel any noise come from chain and tyre. Very hard to describe, see below photo..you will understand how good my bike now..walaaawee..

Proton has lunch their new faceliff called Elegance. i`m impress to see closely what`s the improvement to this model. So, i went to Subang Perdana outlet and take some photo there.


















yeah..quite nice. i impress to looks detail at its body kit.

The front looks same like Gen 2 CPS but i can`t figure out the side and rear. To me, this body kit is much better than the previous SE Model.

This model come with nice sport rim for M-line and H-line. But, better if the size is 16", right?


















i`m too regret since the sales person not keen to unlock the door for me. May be i`m not looks like the person who have potential to buy this car. Arghhhhh...what the heck..!! i`ll visit the biggest show room in Shah Alam later. See you soon..

Vacation : Gua Musang

My post is a bit late, tight with daily routine..sorry. About 2 weeks ago, i went to Gua Musang because my DSLR sifu; Mr_arzly invited me to join his photo shoot there. i took this opportunity to get close with him, learn more about DSLR and practice on how to shoot with DSLR. Honey also enjoy with this invitation. We consider this trip as our vacation. Quite sometime we did not go for vacation.

Anas was very enjoy stay at hotel. This is his 1st time in hotel. See his face...





















Only 'Nasi Berlauk' serve here for breakfast. Plenty of choice available. ermmm..yummy!



















I choose 'Nasi Kerabu' since i like 'budu' so much..! the taste is much better and the price is cheaper. Hard to explain in words, give yourself try laa....hehe















i took a lot of picture there, but i can`t publish here since i did not have permission from sifu and his customer. sorry.. On the way back, we stop at Hutan Lipur Lentang and shoot some photo there..hehe..

i took leave for 2 day, until Tuesday. Very fresh going back to work. i really enjoy with this trip. Hope to have this chance again in future. Thanks SIFU...

D3000 first try..

After quite familiar with my D3000 function, i went to Kuantan town and shoot some photo there. First..Kamdar. Take my Honey heart back after her allowed me to buy this toy..wakakaka...




















Next..Taman Gelora. This spot keep some sweet memory of us. i believed Anas also enjoy here.




















Then, we try some food at H Lidah. Too bored waiting for food. So, i took some photo. use the time wisely. isn't it?




































So far, it is good enough with this body + kit lens + flash. But, if i support with Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 will be better..khihkhikhhikh...

Nikon D3000 + Nissin 622

Its about a month after i have decided to buy a DSLR Camera. Actually, i`m preferred to buy D90. But after considering the price, i go for D3000.

















The picture quality and functions to me is not much different compare to D90. Only one big issue, D3000 does not have motor at the body. So, i only can use lens with function AF. if not, use manual focus la..huhu. Most important thing in DSLR world, flesh. To complete my gadget, i purchase Nissin 622 too.























Both item is running good. i feel impress to jump into DSLR world. Thanks Honey for understanding this hobby. DREAMS COME TRUE!!! ;)
